Responsibilities Lead the development of fragrance formulations from concept through to industrialization.
Transform fragrance concentrates into market-ready finished products.
Ensure the stability, compatibility, and performance of formulations.
Coordinate testing, validation activities, and associated technical documentation.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Fragrance Evaluation, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
Resolve technical issues related to products and manufacturing processes.
Explore new raw materials, technologies, and innovation opportunities.
Mentor and support a small team of formulation scientists.
