We're seeking a bold GTM (Go-to-Market) & Growth Lead to spearhead an ambitious expansion and skyrocket our revenue growth. Your mission? Build and execute an aggressive go-to-market strategy to sell FormFlow to all insurance companies,



brokers, and MGAs, while also pivoting it into industries beyond insurance. You'll start from scratch, rolling up your sleeves to do a lot yourself, then, as soon as you can show results, assemble a high-performing team to drive FormFlow from 0 to €1M ARR as fast as humanly possible. About the role You will be responsible for:
Owning FormFlow's go-to-market strategy to effectively engage and convert our ideal customers.
Designing and overseeing the entire buyer journey, from identifying the right ICPs to turning them into paying customers.
Developing and executing scalable, data-driven growth initiatives that optimise lead generation and conversion.
Experimenting, iterating, and scaling GTM strategies to drive predictable revenue growth.
