We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Global Sr. Accountant Coordinator to support our General Accounting team in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our international entities.
Key Responsibilities Group Reporting & Consolidation: Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial information for the Group, ensuring consistency of accounting practices across entities and alignment with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
Financial Close & Balance Sheet Integrity: Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, reviewing key balance sheet accounts including intercompany balances, inventory,



and working capital accounts to ensure proper reconciliation and data integrity.
International Accounting Coordination: Collaborate with accounting teams across different regions (including the U.S., India, Colombia, and Europe) to resolve accounting issues, align reporting practices, and ensure timely submission of financial information.
Audit & Compliance Support: Prepare documentation and financial information required for external audits and support the resolution of audit queries related to group accounting matters.
Systems & Process Improvement: Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and process standardization projects aimed at improving efficiency, automation, and data quality across the Group.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with FP&A;, Operations, and HR to ensure consistency between financial reporting, operational data, and management reporting.
