The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our Voice of Customer (VoC) product. VoC is a critical part of Contentsquare's qualitative analysis suite, enabling teams to launch AI-powered surveys, combining qualitative insights with quantitative analytics to fully understand user behavior. Your work will help connect the "what" of behavioral data with the "why" of direct user feedback.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer research, AI innovation, and platform unification.



You'll partner closely with an Engineering Manager and a team of five frontend and backend engineers, forming the core of a Product Trio that drives discovery and delivery for VoC. You'll also collaborate with teams across Conversation Intelligence, Experience Analytics, and our Sense AI platform to ensure VoC evolves as an integral part of the unified Contentsquare experience.
Three strategic priorities define this role right now:
- Unified platform integration. Deepen VoC's connection to the broader Contentsquare platform, ensuring surveys, session replay, experience monitoring, and conversation intelligence work together seamlessly to give customers a single source of truth.
- AI-first product evolution. Push VoC toward an AI-first approach, leveraging Sense to automate survey creation, sentiment analysis, and insight delivery, making qualitative feedback faster and more accessible for every team.
