We are currently conducting the search for a General Manager for one of its new luxury hospitality projects in Southern Spain, developed in partnership with a renowned international hotel brand.
Responsibilities Lead all pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, budgeting, and operational setup
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch and long-term profitability
Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with brand values and service excellence
Oversee all departments: Rooms, F&B;, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering
Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals
Establish strong relationships with ownership, brand representatives, and local stakeholders
Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results
