We invite a Principal Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of a large-scale fintech data platform in the private markets domain. In this role, you'll work across multiple Scrum teams focused on preparing and structuring data for use by AI agents, helping define how unstructured data is transformed into reliable, AI-ready datasets.

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data-driven environments
Strong experience working across multiple Scrum teams in an Agile environment, preferably within SAFe




Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction for complex systems
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
Experience working closely with engineers and architects in cross-functional teams
Experience working with systems that have multiple integrations and dependencies
Strong communication skills; ability to present complex topics clearly and align stakeholders
Ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity and drive technical clarity across teams
Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable
Experience working on AI or blockchain-based projects
Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems
Understanding of AI-driven data workflows, data transformation, or data provenance
Experience in fintech or private markets domains
