Your Profile You are a perfect addition to the team if you bring:
A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a drive for innovation and ownership of ambitious goals
Experience with SEO to some extent: understanding its strategy, user behavior, and having contact with SEO processes
Proven experience converting organic traffic (from SEO) into users/buyers and understanding their behavior
Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and crafting high-impact call-to-action strategies




Proficiency in leveraging web analytics tools to uncover insights and inform data-driven decisions
Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and building a collaborative, inspiring work environment
Exceptional communication abilities to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration
