About the role The new role of Business Development Manager will lead the development & execution of the strategy to scale the biomedical collagen portfolio,



leveraging the capabilities of the division and the strengths of our Bioiberica & Devro business units.
Responsibilities: Identifying & developing new business opportunities whilst enhancing existing customer partnerships
Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify, target, and penetrate new accounts
Conduct analysis on technical & financial viability of proposed projects
Manage sales budget, review pricing, and establish models for margin optimisation
Monitoring market dynamics, competitive activity and emerging opportunities
Design, build, and manage commercial contracts, to maximize value for both sides
Establish partnerships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and academic institutions to enhance the awareness of our Biomedical tissue portfolio
Ensure all commercial activities comply with strict regulatory guidelines regarding animal derived materials, including ISO 22442 and relevant local regul
