Pearse Professionals are supporting a PE-backed services business based in Valencia seeking a senior interim finance executive to lead a comprehensive finance transformation. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and investors, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and influence strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the transformation of the finance function, including systems, reporting, FP&A;, and controls
Implement scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence
Strengthen investor reporting, cash flow management, and board reporting




Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives and potential M&A; activity
Act as a hands‐on operational partner to the leadership team
Requirements / Adecuado Candidate: Proven interim CFO with finance transformation experience, ideally in tech, digital services
Must have worked for PE-backed businesses previously
Experience scaling finance teams and implementing systems and controls
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong board/investor reporting and strategic advisory skills
Flexible, autonomous, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
