Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead content production and adaptation strategies across International markets to drive business impact.
Build scalable production models that deliver high-quality, compliant omnichannel customer engagement content.
Shape and optimize a data-driven content supply chain through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Drive adoption of modular content frameworks, claims libraries, and reusable content strategies.
Champion digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions across content creation and deployment.
Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate execution across global and local teams.
Develop high-performing teams and strengthen talent pipelines across geographies and disciplines.
Act as a strategic bridge between markets and International marketing teams to enable execution excellence.
Essential Requirements: Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences,



Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 15 years of multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions.
Demonstrated direct leadership experience, including leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams.
Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation.
Deep understanding of content production, content supply chains, omnichannel engagement, content adaptation, and modular content strategies.
Experience driving digital innovation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled capabilities within complex general matrix organizations.
