The Product Area Lead is owning the overall roadmap and budget for the products in the respective areas and leads, inspires and empowers the people in the teams. He/she owns the development and operation of the products with the goal of maximizing customer/user satisfaction and business value within the budget. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and targeted product development and operations, especially for cross-product solutions.




Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the SAP Logistics product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, operational impact, and strategic objectives.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
Drive innovation across logistics and supply chain capabilities.
Business Partnership Act as the primary liaison between Logistics, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Distribution Centers, and IT teams.
Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Ensure alignment between technology investments and business goals.
Support key decision-making processes regarding logistics systems and processes.
SAP Solution Ownership Own the lifecycle of SAP Logistics applications and processes.
Oversee enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
