The Scope:



You will take full accountability for the entire bulky goods fulfillment ecosystem—from specialized racking configuration and heavy machinery inbound/outbound operations to driving strict compliance with the Madrid Logistics Collective Agreement (Convenio Colectivo) and industrial safety standards

Operational Commissioning & Layout Optimization: Safety & Incident-Free Performance: Establish an impeccable workplace safety culture, ensuring 100% compliance with heavy machinery regulations (forklifts, reach trucks) and zero critical compliance findings from local Spanish regulatory bodies
Inventory Protection & Damage Mitigation: Implement rigorous handling and quality control protocols to maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize the product damage rates typical of large-item logistics
Strategic Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner seamlessly with our 1PL/3PL transportation teams and white-glove delivery operations to coordinate heavy-item distribution pipelines from the warehouse floor to the final consumer
