Overview Space Systems delivers leading space technology and solutions for commercial and government customers around the globe. The Programme Line's expertise includes telecommunications satellites for any mission, high‐resolution Earth observation instruments, deep space missions, International Space Station operations and lunar exploration. The AIT Manager works closely with Engineering, Production and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure an industrial process for the telecommunication satellites Programmes.
Responsibilities Planning: generate the Integrated Project Planning defining manufacturing activities, long‐ and short‐term needs, procurement of materials, assembly tools & MGSE. Follow up manufacturing activities and identify critical areas. Participate in overall Integrated Project Planning.
Manufacturing Budget preparation and control: calculate, analyse and control production costs.
Support new work package and offers.
Cost control.
EAC deviation management.
Assure enables needed to achieve production rate.
Quality Gates planning and follow‐up.




Spacecraft Production Spain inputs and outputs management.
Risk and opportunities assessment.
Project status reporting.
Requirements Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar.
At least 3 years of experience in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis.
Pro‐activity and autonomy; team‐working ability.
Leadership skills to manage different stakeholders.
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
Able to work in an integrated manufacturing team, autonomously and responsibly.
Able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
Able to manage multiple projects, handle workload under pressure and adapt to a changing environment.
Able to work in an organized and ordered manner complying with Company, Quality and H&S; standards.
Iron certification level (or equivalent) is recommended.
