Role Summary As a service supervisor you are responsible for the management of all operational aspects and for the profit and loss account for a site. You will also be responsible for expanding and exploiting the service potential as well as ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Management of a team
Ensuring and optimizing the operational KPIs




Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers in coordination with the sales department
Conducting sales talks and concluding orders and service contracts
Monitoring and responsibility of the profit and loss account for a site
Optimization and continuous improvement of process flows in the service department
Initiation of projects to increase efficiency
Active participation in the development and implementation of innovative service processes
Interface management with internal engineering, external service providers, purchasing, quality and other service location
Evaluation and reporting of operational key figures in an international environment
Enforcement of safety and quality expectations
Support in operational tasks from the Service Manager Germany
Representation of the Service Manager Germany
Supervision of international intercompany business
Support of international training initiatives
