Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI, agentic workflow, and advanced analytics solutions that enhance Finance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Own digital products end-to-end, from strategy and development through implementation, adoption, ongoing operations, and value realization.
Partner with Finance, Digital Finance,



and Data & IT teams to define data requirements and shape the roadmap for next-generation AI and ML-enabled capabilities.
Drive the industrialization of Finance processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable AI, automation, and digital solutions across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and MVPs, translating business needs into scalable solutions and accelerating enterprise-wide adoption.
Build strategic partnerships across Finance and other business functions to identify synergies, shape the future operating model, and deliver measurable transformation impact.
Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of Finance experience within a global, complex organization.
Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business analytics.
Hands-on experience or strong learning agility with Artificial Intelligen
