Your main purpose
Act as the senior HR Business Partner to senior leaders for HQ populations, providing proactive, business-oriented counsel on people matters, and partner with mid-management across HQ functions to align people strategies with business objectives.



Coordinate the identification of recruitment needs across HQ departments, partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient end-to-end recruitment process, and drive proactive talent pipelining and succession planning. Lead talent review processes, succession planning, and performance management for HQ populations, while driving organizational design initiatives and addressing talent gaps through collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, serve as a culture ambassador reinforcing company values, and support the evolution of a decentralized HR model. Oversee day-to-day HR delivery for HQ employees, handle complex employee relations cases in partnership with Legal, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws across Spain and Greece.
