You will act as the key bridge between business strategy, customer needs and technology execution.

Key Responsibilities Digital Insurance Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the digital insurance roadmap in alignment with business priorities, drive embedded insurance strategy across Santander ecosystems.
Identify opportunities to integrate insurance into banking journeys and digital experiences, ensuring alignment with General Digital strategy, Customer experience vision, Technology architecture, Commercial priorities, Product Ownership & Digital Delivery.
Own and prioritize the digital insurance backlog; translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
Lead end‐to‐end delivery of digital insurance initiatives: coordinate releases, testing and production readiness.
