About The Role Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives,



from tech to customer support.
We're looking for a Risk Manager to support recovery and resolution planning across our integral entities. You'll join a lean, second line of defence team to build the frameworks, test controls, and partner closely across functions to drive key resolution priorities.

What You'll Be Doing Supporting the end-to-end delivery of the 2026/2027 Resolvability Assessment Framework (RAF) roadmap to ensure full compliance ahead of the 2028 deadline
Designing, authoring, and maintaining resolution playbooks and rigorous evidence packs across critical capabilities, including funding in resolution, valuations, and restructuring
Designing and executing our 2027 resolution testing cycles, and proactively tracking capability gaps, identifying owners, mapping dependencies, and managing remediation plans
Managing complex dependencies, and
