We are looking for a Sales Manager for the DACH market to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving results, strengthening team engagement, and ensuring consistent execution of the company's sales strategy.
You will report to the Sales Director EMEA and act as their representative in the DACH market, taking ownership of team performance, market insights, and continuous improvement.

Support onboarding, training, and development of new hires
Act as a hands‐on leader, actively supporting sales activity when needed
Performance & Execution Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to drive performance improvements




Identify gaps and implement actionable solutions
Maintain team focus, productivity, and accountability
Oversee day‐to‐day sales operations
Ensure clear processes, structure, and prioritization within the team
Work closely with the Team Leader on scheduling, absences, and team organization
Act as a key representative of the DACH market
Analyze performance data, market trends, and lead sources
Proactively identify opportunities and propose improvements
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Success) to align strategies
3–5 years of experience leading sales teams in a B2C setting
Experience managing high-volume, short sales cycle environments is a plus
Languages: native level of German, fluent English
