Overview This role is the financial and operational owner of Preply's B2B business. You'll build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high-velocity, compliant growth. The mandate spans Finance,



Sales, Product, and Legal, with a strong bias toward automation, predictive analysis, and AI-enabled decision-making.
What you'll do Strategic Finance & FP&A; Partner with the VP Finance and Head of B2B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics
Build and own the B2B forecast model - pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash
Lead financial storytelling for B2B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy
Move FP&A; from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructure
GTM Operations Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment
Own the deal desk - balancing growth, discounting discipline, and legal compliance
Build and maintain a KPI framework connecting pipeline
