Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of global commercial transformation initiatives across multiple markets.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute strategic commercial projects.
Contribute to the evolution of the global commercial operating model, processes and governance frameworks.
Drive commercial technology and CRM-related initiatives, working closely with business and technology teams.
Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Analyse commercial performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.




Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Technology and regional leadership teams.
Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global and regional teams to drive alignment and execution.
