The Position
Your new team
You will join the collaborative Global Roche Consulting team—specifically the Operational Excellence Consulting sub-chapter (DSGRO). We partner with our sales organizations worldwide to standardize processes and tools and drive innovation. Our Commercial Lab Design unit bridges the gap between sales and the global organization, ensuring tailored tool and process solutions as well as concrete planning. Responsibilities/What To Expect




As a Consultant Laboratory Design Architecture (m/f/d) , you will take independent responsibility for the management, capacity allocation, and budgeting of global laboratory planning projects, as well as the further development and scaling of integral laboratory planning tools. Your main responsibilities include:
You lead stakeholder workshops for the precise gathering and analysis of future customer and workflow requirements
You develop holistic 2D and 3D laboratory layout plans using state-of-the-art CAD and BIM software (especially Revit)
You consistently integrate LEAN principles and sustainability aspects into customized spatial concepts and ensure compliance with international standards
You support the co-development and further development of global, internal tools and actively drive innovation in ongoing projects, developing sustainable standards from them and successfully scaling them across our international affiliates
