Description
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation, ensuring accurate financial reporting for management and the board.
Oversee internal transactions between group companies, eliminations and currency‐related adjustments, as well as alignment of pricing policies across all entities.




Coordinate statutory accounts and audit processes across multiple countries, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements and group accounting policies.
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and balanced integrity at group level.
Provide performance insights, supporting the CFO and the financial planning team with analysis of financial results and commercial topics such as pricing, margins and revenue recognition.
Present financial results to teams without a finance background and collaborate with colleagues across Europe, the UK, France, Hong Kong and the US.
Lead improvements in systems and processes, including transformation projects, automation initiatives and alignment of procedures across countries.
Promote effective collaboration between group finance and local finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvem
