As a Platform Engineering Director, you will lead the design, build, and evolution of Visium's client-facing AI and Data platform capabilities. You are the technical authority and delivery lead for our most complex platform programs — ensuring that what we build is technically excellent, adoptable, scalable, and genuinely transformative.
Responsibilities Architect and lead the delivery of complex AI and Data platform programs, spanning cloud infrastructure design, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC, from initial scoping through to production deployment. Our focus is on Azure.
Define and drive platform engineering standards and best practices across engagements, ensuring repeatability, reliability, and long-term client value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C‐Level and VP Engineering personas, acting as a hands‐on technical advisor who earns trust through delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers and engagement managers, cultivating a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and ownership.




Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with the commercial team to expand Visium's platform footprint.
Champion an inspiring, outward-facing engineering culture, one that attracts strong talent and energizes clients with a clear and compelling vision for what great platform engineering looks like.

Proven, hands‐on experience leading large‐scale platform engineering programs in AI and Data — you have built, shipped and operated production‐grade platforms, not just designed them.
Mastered the consulting business — you know exactly how the business works and have a proven track record in delivering successful large projects.
Deep technical expertise across the modern platform stack: CI/CD, infrastructure‐as‐code, cloud platform design (focus Azure), and autom
