What You'll Do: As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of operations — from supplier partnerships to process optimization and quality assurance. Your mission: ensure flawless execution as we scale our photonic systems from prototype to production.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and long‐term planning to ensure efficient production, supply chain, and logistics execution.
Supplier & Partner Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Process Development & Execution: Define, implement,



and continuously improve operational processes to support yield, reliability, and scalability.
Quality & Reliability: Drive excellence through DfM, FMEA, SPC, and yield management methodologies, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, photonics, or hardware manufacturing operations.
Proven success in supplier management, yield improvement, and production execution in a fabless model.
Experience in fast‐paced start‐up or scale‐up environments, with a proactive, hands‐on approach.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of semiconductor/photonics manufacturing flows and hardware systems.
Proficiency in DfM, FMEA, RCA, SPC, MES, and yield management methodologies.
Solid track record managing manufacturing partners and ensuring operational excellence across continents.
