Enterprise Client Success Manager - Spanish Speaking

What You'll Be Doing
Be the primary owner dedicated to a group of Clarity AI's clients
Deliver a Gold Standard Experience (fast, smart, concise, human, accurate, and informed) to your assigned clients and internal stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with your clients by becoming a subject matter expert on their business and their Clarity AI use case, as well as topics such as ESG, Impact and relevant regulations
Drive commercial conversations with your clients, searching for ways in which Clarity AI can deliver more value for them
Lead projects to implement/improve processes and solutions that benefit your cl
