As a Senior Application Manager, you take ownership of our ServiceNow platform and ensure its stable operation as well as its continuous strategic development. You think end-to-end, connect business needs with platform capabilities, and ensure that ServiceNow evolves as a central backbone for our internal IT processes.

Ownership of the ServiceNow platform,



ensuring stable operation, governance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibility for the strategic development of the ServiceNow platform and its alignment with internal IT processes and business needs.
Operation, maintenance, and configuration of the platform, including workflows, modules, and integrations.
End-to-end ownership of platform changes and improvements: from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and user adoption to productive release.
Ensuring a stable production environment, including incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow.
Planning and coordinating releases, platform updates, and upgrades.
Close collaboration with application managers, developers, and data engineers to integrate ServiceNow with the broader application landscape.
Coordination of internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure sustainable platform evolution.
