Job Description
Lead the IT integration of recent and future acquisitions, ensuring the successful alignment of systems, processes, data, governance, and technology standards across a growing international organization.
Define and execute the general IT strategy, operating model, technology roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring technology effectively supports business growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
Drive the evaluation, selection, implementation, and international rollout of the future Group ERP platform, playing a key role in shaping the organization's long-term technology landscape.
Lead the standardization and harmonization of business processes, enterprise applications, and data models across multiple countries, manufacturing sites, and business units.
Oversee the enterprise technology ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, Manufacturing, Quality,



Warehouse, Reporting, Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions.
Ensure business continuity throughout integration and transformation programs, overseeing data migration, system integration, cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing international IT team while managing strategic technology partners, system integrators, vendors, and IT investments.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying and delivering opportunities in digital transformation, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth and value creation.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluent English is required; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus.
