Position Overview
Join Deutsche Bank's Operational / Non-Financial Risk team and help strengthen the management of operational and third-party risks across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across different business areas, supporting risk assessments, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing your expertise in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and outsourcing governance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining effective engagement with regulators and senior stakeholders.
Coordinate the implementation of the Operational Resilience framework, including ICT risk oversight, third-party dependencies, regulatory reporting, and legal entity compliance obligations.
Provide independent operational risk oversight and challenge across key risk domains, including incident management, scenario analysis, operational losses, and control effectiveness.
Act as a trusted advisor on risk governance, identifying, escalating,



and addressing issues that could impact the organization's resilience, risk profile, or reputation.
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and drive risk governance, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen the overall risk management framework.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management.
Proven ability to analyze risk data, incidents, and key risk indicators and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements and the broader banking and control environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide independent challenge when required.
Highly organized and proactive professional with strong ownership, attention to detail, adaptability, and fluency in English.
