Working with global stakeholders, you will lead solution design initiatives that are secure, scalable, compliant, and patient-focused, helping deliver breakthrough treatments to patients around the world.
Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce-based capabilities supporting advanced therapy business processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose technology solutions.




Drive scoping assessments and feasibility evaluations to shape project direction and delivery outcomes.
Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business priorities.
Ensure designs deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
Champion security, compliance, and quality standards throughout solution design and deployment activities.
Collaborate with project, operations, and development teams to plan, review, and support deployments.
Essential Requirements Extensive experience designing and delivering technology solutions for integral, large-scale business initiatives.
Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, and enterprise platform capabilities.
Proven ability to navigate complexity, adapt to change, and drive successful outcomes.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud in enterprise environments.
