Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to multiple development teams, guiding them in the adoption of best practices, architectural patterns, and cutting‐edge technologies.
Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
Architectural Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient system architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product owners, designers,



and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Code Quality and Standards: Champion code quality and maintainability, driving the adoption of coding standards, automated testing, and code review practices.
Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor and coach engineers, fostering their professional growth and empowering them to take ownership of their work.
Technical Decision‐Making: Make informed technical decisions, balancing short‐term needs with long‐term strategic goals.
