What we look for?
We are looking for an experienced Mid Java Developer with a strong background in enterprise application development, system integration, and software quality assurance.
The adecuado candidate combines solid technical expertise with a proactive mindset, ownership, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Note: We will provide training on the Actico Platform
High english level is required.
Mandatory requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience as a Java Developer, with background in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
Strong knowledge of the Java technology stack, software engineering best practices, and the full software development lifecycle.
Good understanding of RESTful web service integration.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Experience with Oracle Database and SQL development.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka is highly preferred.
Experience with Kafka is preferred, while exposure to platforms such as IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ), RabbitMQ, or similar alternatives will also be considered.
Strong understanding of asynchronous communication patterns, message-driven architectures,



and distributed system integration.
As there will initially be no dedicated QA team, developers will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and validation of their own applications before release.

Nice to have:
Experience in Business Rule Management, including: Modelling Management Implementation Certifications or training in Visual Rules or Actico Rules.
Experience with Actico Platform integration, particularly in Workplace-focused environments.
