Job Purpose
Under the supervision of the VP of General Security, the Director of Corporate Security is responsible for the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the physical security for all EMEA facilities that aligns with the global security strategy. This includes oversight of physical security risk management, distribution center security, executive protection standards, facility security design, supply chain asset protection, fraud prevention controls, and integration of security capabilities with operational technology and software‐driven ecosystems.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the regional EMEA physical security vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business growth, brand protection, and asset protection objectives.
Lead physical security operations including facility security programs, access control strategy, intrusion systems, video technology ecosystem, guard force strategy/performance, investigations, executive protection, workplace violence preparedness, and risk intelligence.




Oversee security standards and design guidance for all new facilities, expansions, software integration suites, and restructuring initiatives.
Establish and manage supply chain security programs across distribution, warehousing, 3PL operations, high‐value material controls, chain of custody, and in‐transit theft mitigation.
Lead internal and external investigations tied to theft, fraud, collusion, cargo crime, intellectual property leakage, insider threat, and employee misconduct in coordination with Legal and HR.
Manage physical security vendor ecosystem including access control, intrusion alarm and video management system partners, guard services, integrators, and advanced analytics providers.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity leadership on converged protective architectures, identity management alignment, and zero‐trust physical‐cyber intersection controls.
