The role:
We are looking for a Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager with strong experience in the beauty sector to lead the brand's integral strategy for furniture design and visual merchandising. This 360o role will be responsible for translating the brand DNA, values, and campaigns into distinctive, consistent, and commercially effective retail experiences at an international level.
Visual Merchandising & Campaign Strategy
Define and execute the global Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
Ensure product launches, storytelling, and campaigns are communicated clearly, impactfully, and consistently at point of sale.
Think innovatively and with a digital‐first mindset to keep the brand at the forefront of beauty retail.
Optimize the customer journey and path to purchase through layouts, messaging, visuals, and displays that drive conversion, IPT, and customer experience.
Brand Experience & Consumer First
Ensure the brand DNA, values, and personality are consistently expressed across all physical touchpoints.
Review, evolve,



and enhance existing store and VM concepts to continuously elevate the global look & feel.
Integrate consumer insights into the design of spaces, visual assets, and in‐store communication.
Retail Design & Project Development
Lead the development of creative concepts, store designs, displays, and VM elements from ideation to final execution.
Develop and maintain international prototypes, design manuals, architectural standards, and VM guidelines.
Coordinate the production of graphic materials, furniture, and displays in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (building codes, safety, quality, and best practices).
International Management & Stakeholders
Coordinate with international franchisees, local architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure correct implementation of brand standards.
