Job Title: Business Development Director (Global KOL Growth) Experience Required: Crypto Exchange Work Arrangement: Remote Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director (KOL) to lead our global influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy across the Web3 and crypto ecosystem. This role is responsible for building and scaling overseas KOL channels, leading a high-performing BD team, and driving global user acquisition and trading growth through strategic influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage top and mid-tier blockchain, finance, and trading KOLs, influencers, and community leaders across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, and North America
Build and continuously expand a high-quality general KOL and influencer network
Develop a scalable, high-conversion overseas KOL partnership ecosystem
Team Leadership & Performance Management Build, lead, and scale the KOL Business Development team
Define annual, quarterly, and monthly KPIs aligned with growth, acquisition, and conversion targets




Establish clear SOPs, workflows, performance frameworks, and training systems
Drive team execution, monitor progress, and continuously improve efficiency and output quality
Design and execute tailored overseas KOL marketing strategies based on product positioning, market trends, and regional audience behavior
Lead collaborations across live streaming, content campaigns, community activations, and integrated marketing initiatives
Ensure all KOL content and campaigns align with brand positioning and compliance requirements
Oversee end-to-end execution including content approval, publishing, and campaign performance tracking
Track and analyze key performance metrics including KOL traffic, engagement, user acquisition, registrations, and trading conversion
Evaluate campaign ROI and optimize budget allocation and partnership strategies
