The role forms part of the Operations Performance & Efficiency (OP&E;) function, which aims to contribute to profitability by establishing standards and methods, ensuring their training, appropriation, and adaptation, and providing proper digital monitoring to provide visibility and support decision-making.
The role sits specifically in the Integral Business Excellence (BPE) department, which strives to build a high-performing, agile operational network that unlocks maximum value for our customers, our people, and our business. Inspiring operations to eliminate waste by defining standard best practices, leading & coaching continuous improvement, whilst championing industry-leading innovations - to meet today's challenges and in anticipation of tomorrow's demands.
The individual is responsible for one or more assigned program(s) within that department, specifically responsible for the definition, development, communication, training and monitoring of performance against CEVA's long-term strategy and vision, as well as annually set targets and objectives.
