we're expanding our Sales team and looking for an Account Executive to join us in Madrid, where you'll drive growth in the Spanish market .

Your main responsibilities What You'll Be Doing
Own the entire sales cycle : from qualifying leads (inbound & outbound), discovery, demo/pitch, proposal development, negotiation, to closing and onboarding.
Work hand-in-hand with SDRs who generate and qualify leads for you.
Manage a diverse client portfolio across industries, with a strong focus on delivering consultative, high-impact solutions.
Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a strategic advisor to decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Talent Operations, RevOps) to ensure successful delivery, renewals, and upsells.
Keep CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
