What You Do
Define, implement, and enhance the Corporate Process Governance & Management Framework, aligning with the Allianz Target Operating Model (AZ TOM)



and governing the Global Process Blueprint for harmonization across business and technology functions.
Lead and inspire the Corporate Process Governance team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures, while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Set standards, methodologies, and policies for process design, modeling, and implementation, driving Continuous Process Improvement initiatives across Allianz Technology.
Ensure compliance and control mechanisms are embedded in process execution, monitoring, and optimization, leading the design and rollout of the new Standard for Process Implementation.
Guide and assess branches in adopting and implementing global process standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as DORA.
Act as a strong partner and influencer for local and integral stakeholders, enabling transformation and driving process maturity.
