Summary of Role
Lead the governance and end-to-end management of Anthesis Group's global compensation and benefits offering, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our business strategy. This role plays a key part in shaping how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our general organisation.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the full equity lifecycle, including vesting, exercises, and terminations,



ensuring accurate recordkeeping and a seamless employee experience through Dealstack.
Maintain robust compliance and governance frameworks, including plan documentation and audit trails, in partnership with Finance and Legal.
Deliver insightful analytics and guidance to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with the company's evolving reward strategy.
Manage and evolve the global benefits offering, driving improvements in local policies while progressing towards greater global harmonisation.
Collaborate with local/regional stakeholders and external providers (e.g., brokers, insurers) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including a strong focus on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and proactively evolve pay structures.
