Job Summary
Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead and scale Salesforce-driven service operations initiatives across global teams. This role will serve as the operational bridge between business shareholders, Salesforce administrators, external development and vendor partners, and IT system owners.
The adecuado candidate combines structured project leadership with hands-on coordination across Salesforce, system integration (APIs), and service operations workflows.



This individual will drive execution across development cycles, incident management, backlog prioritization, and cross-system automation efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead daily Salesforce development standups and end-of-day review sessions.
- Coordinate development lifecycle across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
- Maintain and continuously prioritize the Salesforce Master Backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution, resolve challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between global teams, ensuring seamless project execution across regions.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Team, Slack, etc. to track progress and report updates.
- Ensure QA validation and user acceptance criteria are met prior to release.
- Partner with external development vendors (e.g., offshore teams) to drive delivery and remove blockers.
