We are seeking a professional with 3-4 years of experience in the biostimulant, fertilizer and/or agrochemical industry, with a strong background in market analysis, portfolio management and marketing strategy. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial, technical and R&D; teams to support portfolio development and business growth across international markets.

Develop pricing and profitability strategies by analyzing costs, competition, margins and market potential to maximize the value of each product and category.
Lead new product launches, coordinating with Innovation, Product Development, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful market introduction.
Drive market research and business intelligence initiatives, transforming data and feedback from customers, distributors and commercial teams into strategic business recommendations.
