Senior DevOps Engineer – Integral Threat Management
We are looking for a senior DevOps Engineer to join our Global Threat Management (GTM) team at ING Hubs Spain. The GTM team focuses on intelligence‐driven, proactive defense across geographies and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and deploy scalable infrastructure to support GTM workflows, building automation and integrations that strengthen detection, prioritization, and decision‐making.
- Design and implement automations to detect, prioritize, and investigate cyber threats.
- Transform large‐scale security telemetry and threat intelligence data into actionable insights for GTM and executive decision‐making.
- Automate and accelerate threat analysis using standard and custom‐built tooling.
- Deploy, operate, and optimize cloud‐based infrastructure (preferred Azure and GCP), ensuring scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and governance.
- Enforce and continuously improve security and DevOps best practices within the team.
- Perform maintenance, monitoring,



and resilience testing of owned infrastructure to ensure high availability and operational continuity.
- Design and integrate intelligence‐driven security solutions across data sources, security tools, and services.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python‐based automation, scripts, integrations, and operational tooling.
- Design and communicate solutions using clear documentation, diagrams, and visualizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, installation and configuration issues across cloud infrastructure and security tooling, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
- Leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enrich threat intelligence processes, and improve operational effectiveness.
