Job Description
An opportunity for Supply Chain and Quality Manager for Aerostructures has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada (sevilla).
Responsibilities
- Manage the supply chain and ensure the quality of aerostructures components for Airbus Defence and Space SAU, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with aerospace industry standards.
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of the aerostructures supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
- Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure all components meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring their performance regarding quality and delivery deadlines.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain and quality processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, developing contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations (e.g., EN 9100).




- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations integration.
- Analyze supply chain and quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal company policies and current regulations regarding health, safety, and environment.
