The position will play a key role in the generational transition of the organization, developing, coaching, and mentoring the next generation of Sales Engineers. As a change leader, the Sales Manager will drive the implementation of the new divisional sales model, ensuring commercial excellence, stronger customer relationships, and sustainable long-term business growth.

Lead the implementation of the new Service Sales operating model, ensuring alignment with the Division and Business Area strategy and KPIs: short, medium, and long-term
