As a Senior Project Manager – Avionics / Electronic Systems (Development Phase) you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end execution of complex, multi‐national projects in the aeronautics and defense domain during the development phase .
You will:
Lead project and program execution for sophisticated electronic systems (hardware, firmware, software).
Ensure alignment with customer expectations , maintaining a high level of trust and satisfaction .
Drive cross‐functional coordination across engineering, industrial, supply chain and external partners.
Implement strong governance and project control in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.




What we're looking for Experience & technical background
10+ years of project management experience , including leadership of complex technical projects / programs .
Proven experience in aeronautics, defense or highly regulated industries (strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success managing international, cross‐functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong experience in supplier management and production follow‐up .
Solid understanding of electronic systems development :Hardware and/or embedded systems .
Product lifecycle milestones (e.g. PDR, CRD, TRR, QR ).
Experience managing projects with high technical complexity and capacity/resource constraints .
Languages
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
French is a strong plus for interaction with local teams, suppliers and customers.
