As Senior Field Marketing Manager for Spain, you'll lead the full marketing strategy for one of Clio's most exciting growth markets, driving brand awareness, demand generation, field activations, and strategic partnerships to accelerate Clio's presence across Spain.
Role Summary Enhance Local Brand Awareness: develop and execute event and field marketing strategies that increase brand recognition and establish Clio as a market leader.
Generate Qualified Leads: implement in‐person regional and national campaigns and events to generate high‐quality leads, contributing to the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Market Intelligence: gather and analyse partnership opportunities to inform strategic decisions and marketing efforts.
What you'll work on Strategy & Program Development – lead the creation and execution of a Spain‐specific field marketing and events strategy; own annual and quarterly planning, budgets, and success metrics.




Campaign Coordination & Management – plan, coordinate and manage multi‐channel campaigns that combine field events, webinars and digital engagement; analyse results and provide actionable insights.
Brand, PR & Community Engagement – build brand‐led programmes that grow Clio's reputation; work closely with PR and communications to amplify field activations.
Customer & Community Engagement – develop programs that build stronger relationships with Clio customers, driving engagement, advocacy and retention.
Clio Events & Third‐Party Strategy – lead strategy, planning and execution of Clio's owned events in Spain; evaluate and manage presence at strategic third‐party events and trade shows.
Partnership Development & Growth – identify and develop strategic buyer partnerships with Spanish legal associations, bar associations and industry influencers.
