As a Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex Go-to-Market data into trusted insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will own the reporting framework, KPI governance, and analytics requirements across the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring data consistency and operational excellence. Working closely with operations, engineering, business systems, finance, and commercial teams, you will translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions that support growth. This role combines business analysis, data governance, product ownership, and business intelligence in a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment. Accountabilities Own the Go-to-Market reporting framework,



including KPI definitions, business logic, reporting standards, and analytics governance.
Translate business questions into detailed reporting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and process documentation.
Act as Product Owner for reporting and analytics initiatives by managing project backlogs, stakeholder alignment, and solution prioritization.
Design and oversee scalable Power BI reporting solutions built on governed datasets and standardized business logic.
Define data models, reporting structures, KPIs, and visualization standards to support executive decision-making.
Establish and maintain governance standards for GTM data across leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, customer lifecycle, and activity management.
Monitor data quality, investigate reporting discrepancies, and resolve business logic or system integration issues through root-cause analysis
