About the Role Demand Generation Manager, Spain – own the strategy and execution of multi‐channel demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, webinars, events, and digital campaigns for the Spanish market. Work cross‐functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and own Clio's demand generation strategy for the Spanish market, identify channels and programs, set target budgets, and analyse market and industry trends to inform messaging and campaign priorities.
Build the annual and quarterly demand‐gen plans in partnership with broader EMEA marketing and sales leadership.
Lead the execution of integrated, multi‐channel campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), webinars, and events.
Manage relationships with external paid‐media agencies, set strategy, and hold them accountable for delivery and performance.
Direct A/B testing programs across creative, copy, and landing pages; use results to sharpen the approach.

Design, and Product Marketing to ensure campaign assets resonate with the target audience.
Own reporting on pipeline contribution, cost per lead, conversion, and other key demand‐gen metrics for Spain.
Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker that provide leadership with real‐time visibility into performance.
Translate performance data into actionable insights to drive decisions and report regularly to EMEA marketing leadership.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success on lead flow, follow‐up, and feedback loops.
Represent Spanish‐market needs in broader EMEA marketing planning and maintain an active campaign calendar and roadmap for Spain.
Requirements 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a fast‐paced B2B SaaS environment.
Experience working in or with the Spanish market specifically.
