Job Purpose
The SAP SD Consultant plays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's integral SAP landscape. This role combines deep SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize Order‐to‐Cash (O2C) processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
SAP Solution Delivery & Support
Lead the implementation of SAP SD functionalities across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper‐care support.
Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.
Deliver enhancements, process improvements,



and defect resolutions aligned with business priorities.
Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate development and troubleshooting.
Business Collaboration & Process Optimization
Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order‐to‐Cash (O2C) process.
Knowledge Leadership & Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross‐functional SAP teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology teams.
Act as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) within key functional areas.
Provide knowledge transfer to support teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants.
Contribute to global project initiatives and best‐practice
