The Operations Manager within our LEZO site is responsible for managing: Pre-press, Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Engineering and CAPEX, Warehouse (indoor logistics).
Main priorities are: Compliance with company/plant policies and procedures; Alignment with plant objectives and customer requirements; Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements A minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and supervision.
Experience in packaging is an advantage but not a pre-requisite for the role.
Experience of successfully managing significant change / transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.
First‐hand experience of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.




Degree in a science, technology or engineering subject preferred, advanced degree advantageous.
Knowledge of: Production machines, tools and related process control equipment.
Infrastructure and installations (electric power, gas distribution, HVAC, compressed air,,...).
Energy management, Shop floor systems.
Safety and environmental regulation (Spain, EU).
